Job summary

Bakersfield Family Medical Group, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to perform clerical and administrative duties for the Marketing Department. You will interact with clinical and external partners to maintain positive relationships and support advertising, content creation, and website updates.

The role includes managing calls, calendars, events, and mail, with guidance from the Marketing team. A 1-year public-facing experience and proficiency in MS Office, Illustrator, and Canva are

Qualifications

• One year of experience with extensive public contact and/or public speaking.
• Proficient with computer programs, i.e., Microsoft Office Suites, Adobe Illustrator, Canva.
• Experience in social media and/or advertising design preferred.
• Experience with photography/videography preferred.
• Experience in working with seniors (65+), preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and administrative support to the Marketing Department.
• Assist with maintaining social media platforms, advertising materials, and content updates.
• Coordinate marketing events, RSVPs, materials, and vendor communications.
• Manage calendars, mail, supplies, and reports for the Marketing team.
• Handle calls and messages for the Marketing Department and participate in call campaigns.
