Job description

**Summary:**

Join our Small And Medium Business Marketing Science team in North America. We unlock the full potential of businesses on Meta platforms by transforming advertising performance and industry practices through data-driven analytical methods. This role challenges you to provide strategic direction to advertisers about measurement efforts, create tools, develop global programs, and identify ways to automate Marketing Science guidance.

**Responsibilities:**

  1. Work with Meta advertisers to measure true business value and grow their businesses through Meta's ad platforms.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product, R&D, Business Engineering, Ads Research, Creative Shop to develop and deliver global measurement programs.
  3. Consult with clients and agencies on products and solutions related to media, marketing, or key measurement questions.
  4. Deliver training and educational sessions for internal and external audiences via webinars, sessions, and events.
  5. Assess the impact of programs and initiatives to drive value for Marketing Science, Meta, and advertisers.
  6. Use analytical expertise to drive new business growth in client delivery.
  7. Contribute to the product roadmap to enhance usability and effectiveness for a cookieless world and open-source measurement solutions.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

  1. 5+ years of experience in research, analytics, or advertisement effectiveness.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience, with degree completed prior to joining Meta.
  3. Experience building connections with customers and team members through effective communication and cross-functional collaboration.
  4. Proven ability to influence advertisers' planning and buying behavior based on data-driven insights.
  5. Skilled at communicating complex topics to non-technical audiences.
  6. Demonstrated ability to operate independently, be detail-oriented, and deliver results in an organized manner.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  1. Advanced degree in a quantitative field.
  2. Understanding of online advertising, branding, performance marketing, and measurement techniques.
  3. Experience with statistical analysis, experimental design, modeling, or advertising research.
  4. Ability to scale data-driven insights to broad audiences through appropriate channels.

**Compensation:**

$95,000/year to $149,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
