Job summary

csmgroup is seeking a Marketing & Sales Intern in Kalamazoo County to support advertising, promotions, and client pursuit efforts. You will perform clerical tasks, assist with lead generation, and help update sales documents.

You will report to the Creative Services Manager and gain exposure to operations, marketing, and sales activities while developing practical skills in a supportive, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Applied understanding of basic marketing principles.
• Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment.
• Extremely organized with an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills and pleasant, dependable demeanor.
• Proficient with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
• Live in Kalamazoo County.

Responsibilities

• Supports marketing campaign planning and execution.
• Participates in marketing brainstorming sessions and training.
• Measures and reports results of marketing initiatives.
• Assists in creating written, video, and image content for channels.
• Maintains sales documents and supports HubSpot CRM.
