The Opportunity

We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing Assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in customer engagement, sales, and brand promotions.

No previous experience is required, as full training is provided. We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working with people, and is available to start as soon as possible.

What You'll Do

• Customer Engagement & Brand Promotion
• Represent client brands at live events, promotional campaigns, and community activations
• Engage with customers through professional, face-to-face interactions
• Present products and services clearly while answering customer questions
• Help customers complete registrations, sign-ups, or purchases where appropriate
• Deliver a positive and engaging customer experience
• Training & Development
• Receive comprehensive training on client campaigns and products
• Learn effective customer communication and engagement techniques
• Build confidence in presenting information and interacting with customers
• Develop practical skills in sales, marketing, and customer service
• Work closely with colleagues to support daily campaign objectives
• Assist with campaign setup, reporting, and general event activities
• Contribute to a positive, energetic, and team-focused environment
• Record campaign activity and customer feedback accurately
