Job summary

United Airlines is seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Research & Insights intern within the PM&B department. You will support end-to-end market research projects, from defining questions to delivering presentations that translate findings into actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders.

The role emphasizes data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to lead select initiatives while developing strategic thinking and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled undergrad in Marketing, Business, Communications or quantitative field (Stats, Economics, Analytics, Market Research, Psychology).
• Proven experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail oriented with strong communication and relationship management.
• Ability to complete interviews and attend reliably and punctually.

Responsibilities

• Design research studies and analyze data from various sources to support decisions.
• Lead presentations to internal teams and/or leadership with clear updates on progress and next steps.
• Manage multiple projects by balancing scope, time, and quality with manager support.
• Prepare and deliver project briefings translating complex information into actionable insights.
