Motus Marketing is looking for motivated individuals who want to learn, build professional skills, and grow with a team. We work with well-known brands to connect with customers in retail locations.

As a Marketing Representative Trainee, you’ll learn the fundamentals of sales and promotional marketing by working directly with shoppers, learning how to communicate effectively, understand customer needs, and introduce them to products and services that may be a good fit. This role is hands‑on and people focused.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Representing client brands and products in a retail environment
• Starting conversations with customers and learning about their needs
• Explaining product features, benefits, and available options
• Providing a friendly and professional customer experience
• Helping generate new customers and salesWorking with your team to reach daily and weekly goals

No Experience? No Problem.

We believe people can be successful in this role with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn. Previous sales or marketing experience is helpful, but it isn’t required.
