Job summary

Motus Marketing is seeking a driven Brand Representative for an on-site role in the Albuquerque area. You will engage customers at promotional events, understand their needs, and recommend products while representing partner brands.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in sales, marketing, customer service, hospitality, or retail preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

We're looking for a driven and outgoing Brand Representative to join our team. This is an on-site position where you'll gain hands‑on experience in sales, customer engagement, and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent our partner brands at promotional events within retail locations
• Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend products and services
• Attend client product training sessions and communicate key product information clearly
• Generate new customer accounts and work toward individual and team sales goals
• Build positive customer relationships while consistently working to meet or exceed sales targets

Qualifications

• Preferred but not required: 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, hospitality, or retail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable communicating with customers face‑to‑face
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
• Dependable, adaptable, and receptive to coaching
