Job summary

Peter Schiro - State Farm Agent in Sacramento is seeking a Marketing Representative to help build and develop customer relationships while promoting State Farm products such as auto, home, and life insurance. This full-time role offers exposure to agent-led operations and a path toward becoming an agent yourself.

As part of our team, you will educate customers using a needs-based process, work with the agent to meet marketing goals, develop leads, and schedule appointments.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to relate to customers and educate on insurance options.
• Must be currently licensed for Property & Casualty.
• Must be currently licensed for Life and Health.

Position Overview

As a member of our agency team, you have an opportunity to experience first‑hand what it takes to be a State Farm Agent. You will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance. This position will allow you to experience working in an agent's office and to explore the opportunity to become a State Farm agent yourself.

Requirements

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred

• Position may require irregular working hours
