Arch Events in Saint Louis is seeking an Event Marketing Associate to help bring brands to life through live event experiences. We don’t just run campaigns—we create moments that make people stop, smile, and engage.

If you love talking to people, enjoy a team setting, and want to learn sales campaign strategy and execution, you’ll fit right in. You’ll work on-site, at trade shows, pop-ups, and activations, gaining hands-on marketing experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work well with a variety of personalities in a team setting.
• Experience in full-cycle sales or marketing is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to work on site in the Greater Saint Louis area.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador at live events and demonstrate products.
• Support and execute marketing campaigns that drive engagement and leads.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Coordinate trade shows, pop-ups, and live brand activations with energy and organization.
• Track campaign and sales performance and report insights.
• Build relationships with customers and clients through conversations.
• Assist teams toward shared KPIs and goals.
• Handle POS transactions with accuracy.
• Learn and grow in marketing strategy and project execution.

Marketing Representative Responsibilities:

• Act as a brand Ambassador at live events, connecting with customers and providing product demonstrations
• Support and execute marketing campaigns that actually move the needle.
• Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to keep the brand message strong and consistent.
• Bring energy and organization to trade shows, pop-ups, and live brand activations.
• Track campaign and sales performance (because great storytelling is part art, part analytics).
• Communicate with customers and clients, turning small conversations into lasting relationships.
• Help lead teams toward shared goals and KPIs.
• Manage POS transactions with accuracy and care.
• Learn. A lot. About marketing strategy, project execution, and yourself.

Marketing Representative Candidate Requirements:

• Strong people skills, you connect easily, listen well, and communicate clearly.
• A knack for staying organized, even when things move fast (and they will).
• Comfort working with all kinds of personalities, teamwork is your default mode.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with full-cycle sales or marketing is a plus.

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
