Renewal by Andersen is hiring for a part-time lead generator to engage attendees at events, festivals, and retail locations. You will aim to schedule appointments and drive interest in our home improvement solutions.

Base pay is $17/hour with uncapped bonuses. Typical earnings range $20-$30/hour, plus paid training and mileage reimbursement for travel between events.

Part time hours, full-time pay!
While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! At Renewal by Andersen, we’re having trouble keeping up with all the opportunities to generate leads at events, festivals, farmers markets, home shows and retail locations.

We are looking for well-spoken, energetic, and motivated people to generate leads at events, festivals, farmers markets, home shows and retail locations. Our goal is to schedule appointments-- the more you set the more money you make! This challenging yet fun position requires the ability to have a conversation with ease, overcome objections and keep a positive attitude.

CompensationWe offer an hourly base plus UNCAPPED BONUSES. Our average representatives earn $20-$30 per hour. This is a part-time position with the most lucrative hours on the weekends. Since you will be traveling to various locations with set up materials, reliable transportation is required. We provide mileage reimbursement.

Compensation Includes

• $17/ hour plus a lucrative commission structure. On average, promoters earn anywhere from $20-$30/hr

Requirements
