This role offers a pay range of $60,000 – $70,000 annually, based on skills, experience, and location. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and time off.

Travel Requirements
Regular travel required to multiple company locations to support cross-functional initiatives, meetings, training delivery, and on-site operational needs. The role is primarily office-based. All approved travel and related expenses will be covered by Whitsons. These expectations may evolve based on business needs.
Physical Demands of the Job
The Team Member is regularly required to sit for extended periods while working at a computer workstation and conducting meetings; frequently required to stand, walk, and travel to multiple locations; and must be able to use hands and fingers to operate computers and office equipment. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally for materials and files.
