Beacon Hill in Newton, MA is seeking a Marketing Proposal Manager to lead high-quality proposal content and support business development initiatives. You will manage responses to RFQs/RFPs and develop compelling narratives across marketing materials.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of proposal ownership, exceptional writing and proofreading skills, and strong Adobe InDesign and MS Office abilities, preferably with construction or related professional services exposure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct proposal ownership experience.
• Outstanding writing, editing and proofreading abilities.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe InDesign and MS Office; experience in construction/architecture/design services environments.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage responses to RFQs, RFPs, and qualification packages.
• Write, edit, and proofread proposal narratives, project profiles, resumes, and marketing collateral.
• Support interview presentations and pursuit materials; maintain content libraries, templates, and marketing assets.
• Assist with website updates and select communications initiatives; coordinate multiple deadlines.

This role plays a key part in managing pursuit materials, producing compelling written content, and contributing to broader marketing efforts across the organization. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of direct proposal ownership experience, exceptional writing skills, and strong proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
