Reformed Marketing, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Promotions Associate to join our Hampton, VA team.

This hands-on, on-site role focuses on promotions, sales, customer engagement, and business development. You will partner with our marketing and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns in partnered retail environments, build brand awareness, and help clients grow through direct, face-to-face interactions.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, retail, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
