Job summary

Mr. Rogers Windows is seeking energetic self-starters to represent the company in Newport News, Williamsburg, and Hampton. You will meet homeowners, present home improvement solutions, and generate qualified opportunities for the sales team.

You'll join a team that provides training and support, with a schedule Tue–Sat (9am–6pm) and occasional Sundays, in outdoor and varied locations. A dependable personality and willingness to learn are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to various locations in Hampton, Newport News, and Williamsburg.
• This position requires you to work Tuesdays through Saturdays and occasionally Sundays. (9am – 6pm)
• Comfortable working outdoors and in different locations
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Friendly, confident personality and comfortable talking with new people
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Dependable and motivated to succeed
