Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, PM, or related field.
• 5+ years of project/traffic management in marketing, creative, or agency environments.
• Demonstrated mastery of project-management tools (ClickUp or comparable) and workflow and process design.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing request intake pipeline in ClickUp, review requests, prioritize, assign, and set deadlines.
• Coordinate with departments to manage expectations, scope, and timelines; ensure brand standards before handoff.
• Serve as primary day-to-day liaison to external marketing agency partner; track status and ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor timelines, dependencies, and resources; enforce review and approval workflows and document communications.
