Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in marketing, advertising, project management, marketing operations, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience coordinating multiple marketing projects, deadlines, deliverables, and approvals.
• Experience working with vendors, media partners, creative teams, or cross-functional departments.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment.
• Experience with advertising traffic, marketing production, special projects, events, or promotional campaigns preferred.
• Financial services experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing projects from initial request through completion, including timelines, deliverables, approvals, and follow-up.
• Manage advertising traffic by coordinating creative materials, specifications, deadlines, submissions, and placement confirmations with media partners.
• Track marketing projects and deadlines to ensure assignments are completed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate special marketing projects, promotions, sponsorships, events, store initiatives, and company campaigns.
• Communicate with vendors, media partners, store locations, and internal departments to gather information and keep projects moving.
• Coordinate creative requests and deliverables with graphic design, video, web, social media, and other members of the Marketing Department.
• Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, campaign files, vendor information, and department records.
• Assist with media schedules, advertising contracts, invoices, estimates, and campaign documentation.
• Coordinate the ordering, production, inventory, and distribution of marketing and promotional materials.
• Assist with maintaining marketing reports and gathering campaign results and other information as needed.
• Proofread marketing materials and verify dates, locations, offers, disclaimers, and other details for accuracy.
• Assist with community events, partnerships, sponsorships, store openings, and other local marketing initiatives.
• Help identify opportunities to improve organization, project tracking, and department processes.
• Provide project and operational support to the VP of Marketing and Marketing Department.
• Assist with additional marketing projects and responsibilities as needed.
