Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and implement marketing projects for assigned areas of the business.
  • Interface with cross-departmental stakeholders and develop marketing plans that align strategies of the customer and the company initiatives.
  • Coordinate the development of campaigns and tactics including digital, collateral, and social media.
  • Gather project requirements and translate those into actionable plans.
  • Develop and maintain detailed marketing plans, project plans and schedules.
  • Identify dependencies and critical paths and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Execute deliverables and establish project measurements for success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, along with previous retail or direct marketing experience is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, grammar, and organizational skills are needed.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills are required.
  • Occasional travel is necessary.
