Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a Senior Project Manager to coordinate multi-team projects and deliver them on time and within scope. You will oversee planning, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration across executives, clinicians, and staff.

The role emphasizes risk management, process improvement, and delivering strategic marketing and operational initiatives with independence and accountability.

Qualifications

• Strong process and proven organizational skills with a focus on customer service.
• Mentor their team in leadership, methodology, tools and collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong grasp of project management principles and applying them across projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams with executives, physicians and staff.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the activities of the team to complete projects.
• Develop executable project plans and set scope, timelines and budgets.
• Monitor risks, scope creep and progress; report to management.
• Produce financial and operational reports and track progress.
• Lead automation projects with Process Improvement and QA teams.
