Job description

We’re hiring a Marketing Project Manager (Remote - LATAM) for a fast-growing e-commerce company with multiple DTC and subscription brands in the pet and lifestyle space. This is a full-time role reporting to the CEO, suitable for candidates in Latin America or similar time zones.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing marketing projects across brands, ensuring timelines and deliverables
  • Coordinating campaign rollouts across paid media, email, influencer, and social channels
  • Acting as the main contact between internal teams, freelancers, and external vendors
  • Overseeing product launch timelines and go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborating with creative teams to gather assets and maintain brand consistency
  • Tracking performance metrics and reporting results
  • Improving workflows and implementing basic systems like ClickUp and Airtable
  • Owning QA of campaign assets on platforms like Shopify, Klaviyo, and Amazon
  • Leading cross-functional meetings and maintaining momentum
  • Communicating regularly with the CEO and marketing leadership

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years in marketing project management or campaign execution
  • Experience in e-commerce or CPG, especially with DTC or subscription brands
  • Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills
  • Self-starter attitude with ownership and urgency
  • Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Airtable, Slack, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify
  • Bonus: Experience with influencers or multi-channel campaigns

Location: Remote, candidates in Latin America or similar time zones preferred.
