Our team is looking for someone who can connect cross-functional partners, manage competing priorities, and help deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the expected level of quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-channel projects through the full project lifecycle, including scope, approach, timelines, milestones, schedules, and closure.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, consultants, internal resources, and cross-functional teams to support project delivery.
• Track risks, escalated unresolved issues, and communicate project performance and deviations from plan in a timely manner.
• Maintain documentation, approvals, budgets, forecasts, and formal project tracking using established project management methodology.

Required

• 5+ years of experience managing and executing multi-channel marketing projects
• Marketing generalist experience and a track record of managing multiple marketing projects.
• Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills.
• Strong relationship management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
