Job summary

Jewish Family & Career Services of Atlanta (JF&CS) seeks a Marketing Manager, Generalist to serve as the internal account manager and project manager for the marketing department. You will blend project management with hands-on marketing execution, from managing the Monday.com pipeline to producing assets in Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva.

The role reports to the Director of Marketing and requires organizing multiple campaigns with cross-department coordination.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, project management, or related field.
• Experience with Monday.com or similar project-management tools.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the internal account manager and project manager for the marketing department, managing intake, timelines, and priorities for all requests.
• Build and maintain the department's project pipeline in Monday.com, keeping tasks, deadlines, and statuses current.
• Track progress across campaigns and projects, flagging risks early and keeping deadlines on track.
• Coordinate with program and department stakeholders to gather requirements, set expectations, and communicate timelines.
• Assist the Director of Marketing in developing and executing the department's marketing strategy.
• Translate strategic priorities into concrete project plans, campaigns, and deliverables.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across channels.
• Assist with graphic design and production using Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva.
• Create and update marketing materials such as flyers, one-pagers, presentations, and social graphics.
