Job summary

The Henry Ford invites applications for a Marketing Project Management Intern to help Creative Services and Marketing keep projects organized and moving forward. Under a project lead, you will track timelines, gather updates, coordinate meetings, and communicate with teams across the institution.

This hybrid internship is primarily remote, with onsite work at The Henry Ford’s Dearborn, MI campus as project needs dictate.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university program in marketing, business, communications, project management, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to learn Workfront and other tools used to organize projects and files
• Availability on Wednesdays for required internship programming
• Ability to attend scheduled meetings during Eastern Time business hours and work onsite in Dearborn when required

Responsibilities

• Track timelines and gather updates for marketing/design projects.
• Coordinate meetings and communicate with teams across the institution.
• Ensure projects move forward by flagging delays and communicating with the project lead.
