Job summary

Publicis Digital Experience in West Chicago is seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator to support the production of marketing programs. You will work closely with a Project Manager and cross-functional teams to provide proofs, assist with billing, and ensure timely approvals for campaigns in a fast-paced office setting.

This entry-level role offers exposure to marketing operations, collaboration across departments, and hands-on experience with client programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiar with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, procedure manuals, government regulations, written instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Able to write professional correspondence and present information and respond to questions from managers and internal partners
• Able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
• Able to identify and distinguish colors

Responsibilities

• Work closely with a Project Manager and a variety of production and other internal teams. You may also work with leaders from various parts of the business to support their specific project needs. You will assist with providing proofs and billing to internal teams, support the production of marketing programs, and ensure accuracy and timely approvals for scheduled marketing programs.
• Put your attention to detail and accuracy skills to the test! You will be part of an exciting, fast-paced environment playing a key role in the administrative behind-the-scenes support of marketing campaigns.
