Job summary

CG Financial Services is seeking a Marketing Programs Manager to own client and COI event strategy, run digital campaigns across Wealth Management, CGAN, and Insurance divisions, and direct outside partners to optimize seminar results.

In this hands-on role you’ll manage events, campaigns, and vendor relationships, ensuring clear recommendations to leadership and a strong market presence for all divisions.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of marketing experience, ideally with meaningful event planning and execution responsibility.
• A genuine people-person, comfortable in front of clients and prospects, not just behind a screen.
• Experience managing outside vendors or agencies and holding them accountable to results, not just internal coordination.
• A track record of balancing requests from multiple stakeholders and audiences at once.
• Hands-on experience with a marketing automation platform (Snappy Kraken experience a strong plus; HubSpot or similar also considered).
• Experience with a CRM (Wealthbox experience a plus, but not required).
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or professional services marketing is a strong plus.
• Clear writing and communication skills; ability to turn input from SMEs into effective marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, calendar, and execution of client appreciation events, educational seminars, and COI events across all three divisions.
• Plan events around goals like referrals or deeper client relationships and tailor format, guest list, and follow-up.
• Represent the firm in person at events and build credibility with clients and advisors.
• Coordinate with advisors and division leaders to tailor programming to audiences.
