Join Our Dynamic Team as a Temp Marketing Programs Manager

Company Overview: Be part of a leading global technology company that's at the forefront of innovation. We are seeking a talented Marketing Programs Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic marketing initiatives and play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth.

Location: Remote (Farmington Hills, MI area preferred)

Hourly Rate: $40.00/hr

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage end-to-end execution of marketing programs, including planning, scheduling, and tracking.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop lead generation, nurturing, and customer engagement initiatives.
  3. Utilize marketing technology stack for digital marketing tactics to achieve business goals.
  4. Develop, execute, and optimize automated email campaigns, workflows, and drip programs.
  5. Create and maintain segmentation strategies for targeted and personalized messaging.
  6. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
  7. Continuously test and iterate on workflows, templates, and campaign elements.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Proven experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
  3. Experience with ABM platforms (ideal but not required).
  4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  5. Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  6. Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  7. Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and understanding of integration with marketing automation systems.
