We are seeking a collaborative and experienced Field Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives in Japan. This role is essential in aligning regional marketing strategies with global objectives, driving demand generation, and supporting sales pipeline growth. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in B2B marketing, with a proven ability to execute integrated campaigns and manage impactful events.

In This Role, You Will

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with regional and global goals.
- Plan, manage, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, and event channels.
- Lead the planning and execution of regional events (online, offline and hybrid) including logistics, production, and post-event engagement.
- Collaborate closely with local sales teams to align on priorities, share account insights, and support pipeline goals.
- Serve as a connector between regional and global marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy.
- Manage email nurture programs and webinars to support lead generation and engagement throughout the customer journey.
- Provide data-informed insights to support sales strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, offering actionable recommendations.
- Adapt global content for local relevance and optimize messaging in collaboration with global teams.

About the Ideal Candidate

- 10+ years of experience in field marketing within a B2B environment preferably travel/ airline.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong project and event management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all levels of an organization. Business level English proficiency essential.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM systems.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for using data to drive decisions and improvements.
- Highly organized, deadline-oriented, and capable of managing complex projects independently.
- A collaborative team member who thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
