Build a Broad Marketing Foundation

DuraLabel by Graphic Products is looking for a Marketing Program Coordinator to join our Marketing team. This is an early-career opportunity for someone with approximately 1-3 years of experience who wants to do meaningful work across content, digital campaigns, social media, email, events, and marketing coordination.

One day you might draft content for a campaign. The next, you could schedule social posts, help launch an email, review results, prepare materials for a trade show, update a webpage, or work with the creative team on a new promotion.

You are not expected to arrive knowing everything. You are expected to want to learn, bring enthusiasm, ask good questions, think through problems intelligently, and get satisfaction from figuring things out.

What You Will Do
  • Write and edit web copy, articles, social posts, emails, promotions, sales-support materials, and other marketing content.
  • Help coordinate digital marketing campaigns from idea and asset creation through launch and measurement.
  • Create and schedule social media content and track basic engagement results.
  • Support trade shows, webinars, customer events, and related pre-event and post-event activities.
  • Help create, test, and deploy marketing emails and automated campaigns.
  • Coordinate creative assets with designers, writers, video specialists, product teams, sales partners, and other contributors.
  • Assist with website and landing-page updates, campaign quality assurance, and basic A/B testing.
  • Maintain project schedules, calendars, files, and deadlines so work keeps moving.
  • Review basic campaign analytics and help prepare clear performance reports.
  • Research customers, competitors, industries, and marketing opportunities, and help the team test new ideas.
You Might Be a Great Fit If You
  • Have approximately 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, content, digital marketing, social media, events, or a related field. Internships and substantial portfolio work count.
  • Write clearly and enjoy both creative and analytical work.
  • Are organized, attentive to detail, and able to manage several projects without losing track of commitments.
  • Are genuinely curious and enjoy learning.
  • Bring energy and enthusiasm to your work.
  • When you encounter a problem, your first instinct is to understand it and figure out a practical solution.
  • Are comfortable saying, 'I do not know yet, but I can find out.'
  • Ask thoughtful questions and accept feedback without becoming defensive, then use it to improve.
  • Do not need detailed instructions for every situation, but know when to ask for help.
  • Enjoy collaborating with others and want to become a seriously capable marketer.
Bonus Experience

We would be glad to hear about experience with any of the areas below, but these are bonuses, not hard requirements:

  • HubSpot or another marketing automation platform; Salesforce or another CRM.
  • Google Analytics or GA4, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, or social media management tools.
  • Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, video editing, content management systems, or ecommerce.
  • Trade shows, event coordination, B2B marketing, campaign reporting, or AI-assisted marketing tools.

You do not need to know all of these tools. We care about what you can contribute now and how quickly you can learn what comes next.

Education and Experience

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field is helpful, but it is not the only path. Relevant professional experience, internships, certifications, portfolio work, military experience, or other demonstrated marketing skills matter too.

How We Work

This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position based in our Beaverton, Oregon office. You will work alongside an experienced Marketing team, contribute to real programs, receive feedback, and build your skills across multiple areas of marketing.

We are looking for someone who wants mentorship, responsibility, and room to grow - and who will bring curiosity, sound judgment, and dependable follow-through to the team.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually.
