What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather, organize, and analyze data from various marketing platforms and tools to provide actionable insights
- Track member behavior trends and evaluate key metrics to inform marketing and product strategies
- Compile and present data findings to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding for decision-making
- Manage ongoing member feedback programs and analyze results to enhance member experiences
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic recommendations for growth opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum five years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or business intelligence, preferably within the financial services or credit union industry
- Proficiency in data systems and tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, data analytics, finance, or a related field
- Strong regulatory knowledge, particularly regarding the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and US Patriot Act
- Excellent data presentation skills, capable of translating complex information for diverse audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with member feedback programs like NPS or CSAT
- Previous experience in a cross-functional team environment
- Strong understanding of marketing and product strategies in a credit union or financial services context
