Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Procurement Category Manager to lead sourcing for Brand Advertising and Consumer Marketing, managing RFPs, supplier negotiations, contracts, and category strategy. You will oversee up to $100 million in annual spend across Media, Creative Agencies, Packaging, Production, Influencer Marketing, and more.

The ideal candidate has deep marketing procurement experience in consumer products or wellness, with strong negotiation and stakeholder management.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in Category Management and Procurement.
• Experience with SAP ERP.
• Deep subject matter expertise in Marketing categories, including Brand Advertising, Consumer Marketing, and Media investments.
• Strong procurement experience supporting manufacturing, commercial, and corporate functions across diverse operating models.
• Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Extensive experience managing marketing spend categories within consumer products, wellness, nutraceutical, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of procure-to-pay (P2P) processes, category management, and procurement best practices.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing sourcing strategies that deliver measurable business value and innovative solutions.
• Strategic mindset with agility to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with process improvement focus.
• Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and category strategy development.
• Excellent project management skills, including RFP and RFQ management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data analysis and business process evaluation.
• Customer-focused approach with commitment to delivering value.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and implements long term Holistic Health brand Advertising & Consumer Marketing Spend strategies.
• Develops and manages continuous improvement pipeline to deliver year over year savings.
• Understands requirements related to business needs through stakeholder management.
• Identify and implement initiatives to achieve cost savings and high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to negotiate contracts and ensure product/service availability.
• Conducts market research to stay abreast of market conditions and trends.
• Ensures optimal sourcing, supplier selection, pricing, contracting and commercialization.
• Negotiate and implement agreements with suppliers for maximum value.
• Monitor supplier contract compliance and develop improvement plans.
• Partner with stakeholders to manage risk and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and practices across the organization.
