A leading company seeks a Marketing Principal to develop and execute innovative customer experience strategies. This role involves leading complex marketing initiatives, collaborating across teams, and leveraging advanced marketing principles to enhance customer journeys. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and significant experience in marketing, with a strong focus on customer service and technology integration.
Under minimal supervision, leads, develops, and executes strategies for one or more marketing initiatives. We’re building something new and bold. As our Marketing Principal - Customer Experience Technology, you’ll play a pivotal role in establishing modern, scalable Customer Experience Tools to transform and build the foundation for FedEx Freight.
Master's Degree or equivalent in marketing, finance, computer science, or related business discipline.
At least five (5) years of experience in marketing, advertising, sales administration, or related fields. Experience leading complex, interrelated initiatives in a corporate environment. Advanced degrees may offset experience requirements; relevant experience may offset degree requirements.
Knowledge of advanced principles, theories, concepts, and techniques in marketing, project management, information analysis, and computer-generated modeling. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational, quantitative, and analytical skills, including experience with database marketing and modeling. Customer-focused orientation.
Experience with customer service telephony, call routing, personalized self-service tools, leading technical projects, evaluating and integrating new platforms. Ability to create differentiation through digital platforms to enhance growth and customer experience across shipment journeys. Understanding of LTL customer needs. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
Salary range: $7,094.23 to $12,533.14 per month. Position is remote, excluding AK, HI, and US territories, with preferred locations in Memphis, TN, or Harrison, AR. Occasional work at FedEx locations may be required.
