Pandesco is a SaaS technologycreator and boutique Managed Service Provider (MSP) headquartered in Austin,Texas. We deliver innovative IT, cloud, and AI solutions to specialty, luxuryretail, and consumer products clients — blending managed services withproprietary software development to help our clients modernize, operateefficiently, and grow.
We are a small, fast-moving teamwhere every person is a builder and an owner. We value precision, professionalism, and people who take pride in their craft. This internship isfor an MBA candidate who wants to own real work, ship real output, and be consideredfor a real career path beyond the semester.
Pandesco has had zero employeeturnover since inception. That is not an accident — it is the result ofbuilding a team where people feel genuinely invested in, personally connectedto the work, and valued beyond their output.
This internship lands at aninflection point for Pandesco. We are scaling our LATAM operations, growing ourAI Works business unit, and actively building the company toward its next stageof growth. The candidate who takes this seat will work directly alongside theCEO on some of the most consequential work happening at the company right now —not on the perimeter of it.
you come in, get up to speed fast, and execute. We do notrun structured intern programs with check-in cadences and end-of-semesterpresentations. We run a business. You will be a working member of the Pandescoteam from day one, managing your own time across defined workstreams and owningyour outputs — until the semester is over.
This is an onsite Austin role.Scheduling is flexible around your class commitments, but presence matters andin-person collaboration is how trust gets built at Pandesco.
We believe AI makes smart peoplemore efficient — it doesn’t replace human intelligence, it increases humanvelocity, and we like velocity. It also makes undisciplined people lesseffective. We hire for the former. Every role at Pandesco is expected to use AItools actively and intelligently. Resistance to AI-assisted workflows is anexplicit non-fit. Reliance on AI output as a replacement for your diligence andintelligence is as well.
We are hiring a Marketing &PR MBA Intern to own four defined workstreams across the fall semester, reporting directly to the President & CEO. This is not a support role — itis an ownership role operating at the intersection of brand, communications, and company strategy.
The work is real, the exposure isdirect, and the stakes are high. The right candidate is comfortable operatingindependently, comfortable with ambiguity at the edges of each workstream, andcomfortable sitting across the table from the CEO as a peer contributor ratherthan a note-taker.
At approximately 10–12 hours perweek, focus and prioritization are the job. You will not have time to doeverything — you will need to do the right things well.
Take over Pandesco’s social presenceand maintain the brand voice established during Summer 2026. Own the contentcalendar, publishing cadence, and platform strategy — LinkedIn primary, withexpansion where it makes sense for the audiences we serve. Produce brand, recruiting, and thought-leadership content consistently across the semester.
This workstream is continuity, notbuild. It is the floor, not the ceiling. The expectation is that social stayslive, on-brand, and growing while your higher-priority workstreams receive themajority of your attention.
Primary workstream. Work directly with the CEO on communications andpositioning in support of a strategic growth initiative. This is thehighest-priority and highest-exposure workstream of the semester. You willcontribute to the narrative, messaging, and external materials that support acritical company milestone.
Discretion is a prerequisite forthis workstream. The nature of the initiative will be disclosed to finalists. What you can expect: direct access to the CEO, work that matters to the futureof the company, and a front-row seat to how a founder-led technology companypositions itself for its next stage of growth.
The PR strategy is the foundationthat makes the growth narrative credible externally. As part of thisworkstream, you will build Pandesco’s PR capability from scratch — target medialist, press narrative, journalist and analyst outreach framework, and pitchstructure. The goal by the end of the semester is a live, actionable PRworkstream that is ready to execute, not a slide deck of recommendations.
Develop the planning andgo-to-market framework for a Pandesco product launch timed beyond the fallsemester. This is a planning engagement, not an execution one — the deliverableis a rigorous, actionable launch framework that a future team can execute against. You will work with the CEO and product team to define audience, positioning, channel strategy, launch sequencing, and success metrics.
The right candidate will treat thisas a capstone — something that demonstrates strategic marketing thinking andleaves a durable asset behind.
Pandesco is actively building towarda continuous, non-founder-led marketing function. The fall semester is astructured opportunity to demonstrate your capabilities and fit for a Springsemester engagement, and beyond.
Candidates who demonstrate thejudgment, output quality, and cultural alignment we are building for will beconsidered for a Spring semester continuation, a full-time Marketing & PRAssociate role, and longer-term marketing leadership as the company scales. Wewill have an honest conversation about the path forward no later than the finaltwo weeks of the semester.
