Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience delivering enterprise-scale digital products and platforms.
• 4+ years as a lead architect, principal engineer, or engineering lead for platform architecture and strategy.
• 2+ years developing and using AI agents and orchestration platforms.
• Experience leading platform modernization and enterprise standards.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the technical architecture for the Butterfly CXM platform.
• Lead shared service integration and full stack requirements for scale.
• Build frameworks, SDKs, APIs, and developer platforms for CXM adoption.
• Develop reusable agent frameworks and integration strategies.
• Set enterprise standards for MCP, A2A, and A2UI interoperability across AI capabilities.
• Create a shared catalog of AI services, tools, and agents for reuse.
• Collaborate with AI Core for governance, observability, security, and operations.
• Ensure Dynamics capabilities integrate with the broader JJ enterprise ecosystem.
• Define engineering quality metrics for platform reuse, reliability, and velocity.
• Build an organization to support long-term AI/N roadmap and adoption.
