Overview
Marketing Partner Specialist_remote in Eastern timezone. This is a remote position and requires working in the Eastern timezone.
What You'll Focus On:
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing partners, serving as a primary point of contact.
- Resolve partner issues promptly to ensure satisfaction, retention, and alignment with business goals.
- Draft, review, and administer partnership agreements in support of company objectives.
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in advising the Marketing Manager on partnership strategy, program design, and execution.
- Analyze and interpret partner performance data to provide actionable insights to management.
- Recommend and implement standardized evaluation criteria, improvement processes, phase-out mechanisms, and incentive programs to optimize performance.
- Identify trends and areas of opportunity to enhance partner performance and alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with the Sr Project Manager to represent the company at city events and professional gatherings.
- Support the identification and recruitment of new partners that align with Chowbus’s growth objectives.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to partner relationships, agreements, and performance outcomes.
- Provide ad-hoc analytical and administrative support, including preparing internal reports and updates for leadership.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field required; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 3+ years of experience in partner management, account management, business development, sales or related roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Ability to draft and interpret contracts or agreements.
- Solid problem-solving, organizational and project management skills.
- Experience with basic design, data, and project management tools, such as Canva, Google Sheets, or similar applications.
- Valid Driver’s license and ability to drive for event-related responsibilities.
- Experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is required; proficiency in Cantonese is preferred.
- Familiarity with the Asian restaurant industry or foodservice events preferred.
Work Condition:
- This is a remote work position, with occasional domestic travel up to 10% to attend partner meetings, city events, or recruitment activities. Primarily work involves extended periods of sitting at a computer and using phone/video conferencing tools.
- Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.
- Ability to work outdoors or in fast-paced environments during events and activations.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs for event setup and breakdown.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during events and activations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
