St. Martin’s Healthcare is a free clinic providing care to the uninsured and under-insured in northeast Indiana. We seek a Marketing & Development Coordinator to tell our story, grow community support, and strengthen fundraising efforts.

This entry‑level role is ideal for recent graduates and those starting a nonprofit career in marketing, communications, fundraising, or public relations. You will create engaging content, help plan events, manage donor records, update materials, and represent us

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Nonprofit Management, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using social media and basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Organized, dependable, able to manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to learn fundraising tools.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Assist with planning and promoting fundraising events and outreach activities.
• Help maintain donor records and assist with campaigns.
• Update website content and marketing materials.
• Take photos and collect stories highlighting impact; represent the organization at events.

St. Martin's Healthcare is looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and motivated Marketing & Development Coordinator to help tell our story, grow community support, and strengthen fundraising efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate or someone beginning a career in nonprofit marketing, communications, fundraising, or public relations. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys building relationships, and wants to make a meaningful impact in the community. Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. Assist with planning and promoting fundraising events and community outreach activities. Help maintain donor records and assist with fundraising campaigns. Update website content and marketing materials. Take photos and collect stories that highlight the impact of St. Martin's Healthcare. Represent the organization at community events and help build relationships with local businesses, churches, civic groups, and volunteers.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Nonprofit Management, or a related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using social media and basic Microsoft Office applications
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to learn new software and fundraising tools.
• Ability to occasionally work evenings or weekends for special events.
