Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support coordination of marketing campaigns with internal teams and external vendors.
• Assist with managing project workflows, timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
• Plan and coordinate campaign kickoffs, status meetings, and related activities.
• Monitor milestones and deadlines, identify risks, keep projects on track.
• Support process documentation and continuous improvement across marketing.
• Assist with campaign tracking, attribution, including UTM creation.
