The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in marketing operations, a proven track record with influencer programs, and strong project management skills. Qualifications
4-6+ years in marketing operations, brand partnerships, or campaign management at a consumer-facing company.
Proven track record of running influencer programs, brand activations, or large-scale events.
Highly organized operator with experience managing budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
Comfortable using analytics and reporting tools for performance tracking.
Responsibilities
Source, contract, onboard, and manage influencer partnerships across social media.
Execute co-marketing activations with various brands, managing logistics and timelines.
Plan and manage Swimply events from budget to vendor coordination.
Create playbooks and workflows to ensure campaigns are repeatable and scalable.
Own campaign reporting and optimize programs for ROI.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Ops, Product, and Design.
