Job description

The B2B Growth team develops strategies for B2B commercial acquisition, retention, and go-to-market initiatives to support sales enablement. The Marketing Operations Specialist, Consultant - Commercial will report to the Senior Manager, B2B Growth. In this role, you will manage the intake support of marketing initiatives, including project management across the B2B Growth team.

Your Knowledge and Experience
  1. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. Requires at least 7 years of relevant experience, including marketing.
  3. Requires experience in project management leveraging tools like Workfront, Smartsheet, and JIRA.
  4. Requires strong business acumen with critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in collaboration with creative teams, project partners, and internal customers.
  5. Knowledge of health plans and insurance products and services is desired.
  6. Knowledge of marketing principles and practices, including product launch and promotion, is desired.
  7. Experience in B2B marketing, sales enablement, and go-to-market launches is highly desired.
  8. Embraces change, exemplifies agile principles, embodies a continuous improvement mindset, and anticipates business needs while being flexible with shifting priorities.
  9. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  10. Ability to independently develop and implement project plans.
