What Will You Do?
  • Technology Management: Evaluate, implement, and manage an industry-leading marketing technology stack to enhance demand generation and ABM effectiveness and data analytics. Own all aspects of the marketing technology stack including data accuracy, QA, data enrichment, and campaign tracking with the goal of accelerating revenue.
  • Lead Management: Maintain and optimize our lead management processes, including lead scoring, intent data, nurturing, and lead routing hand-off to sales, to optimize conversion rates and maximize revenue generation.
  • Lead Routing: Ensure leads are routing and converting per the established processes, delivering a highly efficient lead management engine for sales.
  • Reporting: Monitor, report and analyze the marketing funnel performance including volume, velocity, conversion stage-to-stage, and average value looking for opportunities to optimize. Partner with peers across marketing and sales on ways to optimize.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and mitigate potential risks.
  • Process Optimization: Streamline marketing workflows and processes to increase efficiency and productivity in order to propel our growth. Ensure processes are designed, documented, understood, and followed in a way that minimizes bad or incomplete data.
Who You Are
  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar marketing/revenue operations role
  • Excellent planning, organizational and project management skills
  • Demonstrated experience designing and managing an innovative marketing technology stack
  • Expert proficiency in Hubspot and Salesforce and familiarity with other marketing tools (e.g. Outreach; ChiliPiper)
  • A strong understanding of the operational requirements of digital advertising programs running across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Adwords, Rollworks, and others
  • Experience working for a high-growth stage startup (ideal but not required)
  • Demonstrated experience in data management, visualization and reporting
  • Proven track record of developing actionable reports/metrics to inform marketing strategies
  • Balance of strategic vision and tactical execution
  • Very detail oriented and proactively take initiative
  • Adept at managing multiple projects and deadlines
