Job summary

Teradyne is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager for the Memory Test Division in San Jose, CA. You will lead a global team, drive forecasting, and optimize the quote-to-cash process while coordinating with Sales, Finance and Engineering.

You will develop automation using Salesforce, CPQ and Oracle, guiding transitions from Oracle 11i to Fusion and managing complex product configurations for new introductions. Strong cross-functional skills and pricing strategy are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Sales or related business discipline or equivalent experience.
• A master’s degree is a plus.
• 7–12 years of marketing/ops experience.
• Experience with business automation tools and process improvement.

Responsibilities

Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to support a global team of marketing specialists and streamline processes that support the division’s growth plan. This role is a key interface among Sales, Operations, Business Development, Finance and Engineering, with responsibility for improving commercial execution and customer satisfaction.

• Lead a global team of marketing specialists, establish team KPIs and manage employee performance.
• Partner with Sales and Operations on revenue forecasting, order fulfillment and capacity-slot management.
• Resolve customer requirements for highly customized test equipment, including system configuration, quantity, timing and delivery.
• Define and improve the quote-to-cash process with Sales, Business Development and Finance.
• Develop and enhance business automation capabilities using Salesforce, CPQ and Oracle, including the transition from Oracle 11i to Fusion.
• Work with Engineering and Operations to develop detailed product configurations for new product introductions.
• Manage product commercialization, value-based pricing, communications and branding.
• Manage customer pricing agreements and MFC pricing.

All About You

We seek candidates who bring the following qualifications and capabilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Sales or a related business discipline or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is a plus.
• 7–12 years of relevant experience in marketing operations, sales operations, business operations or a related field.
• Working knowledge of semiconductor chip testing is desired.
• Experience managing customer requirements and cross-functional business processes.
• Required experience with business automation tools and process improvement.
• Program and project management experience across multiple functions and time zones is highly desired.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with a collaborative and relationship-focused approach.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $130,700-$209,100 .This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.

This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
