You will oversee website optimization, campaign measurement, budget alignment, social media, and cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Technology, Creative, and Content teams. A 5+ year track record in marketing leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of marketing leadership experience in customer acquisition and retention.
• 5+ years of conversion rate optimization experience.
• 5+ years of experience with SEM, SEO, email, SMS, paid and organic social, and branding.
• 3+ years of budget management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer-facing website to support customer acquisition and retention.
• Optimize website conversion to increase qualified leads.
• Support marketing reporting development and track metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Support optimization of the marketing P&L to align spending with growth priorities.
• Manage paid and organic social media to build brand awareness.
• Partner with Sales, Technology and Creative to improve experiences.
• Manage content strategy and campaign calendar.
• Mentor team and support professional growth.
