Job summary

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking a Marketing Coordinator who is a self-driven, growth-oriented professional. The role centers on coordinating and executing our retail digital signage network and other marketing initiatives.

The successful candidate will join a team at one of the fastest growing operators in the industry, supporting operations, content management, campaigns, and events while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Data Analysis, or a related field.
• 1+ year marketing project management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with cloud-based software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and across multiple teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines.
• Self-directed, proactive, and optimistic.

Responsibilities

• Support Marketing Operations to execute retail promotions.
• Use CMS to manage digital signage playlists and content.
• Coordinate with field operations to ensure content accuracy for signage and POS.
• Maintain ad content exceptions by brand and market.
• Collaborate with creative/design teams on promotional content.
• Support marketing technology systems and databases.
• Assist retail customer experience projects including rewards, campaigns, surveys, and pricing.
• Support reporting and analysis for marketing projects and activities.
• Assist with retail mobile app initiatives, including data and promotions.
• Coordinate and execute company-wide events and Feeding the Future initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
