We have partnered with our client in their search for a Marketo Operations Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Contractor to optimize our marketing technology stack and streamline processes. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Marketo, Salesforce, and Ringlead, with a proven track record in marketing automation and CRM administration to enhance our lead-to-revenue funnel.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Automation (Marketo): Design, build, and optimize Marketo programs (emails, landing pages, forms, nurtures). Lead scoring, and routing.
  • CRM Integration & Management (Salesforce): Maintain seamless Marketo-Salesforce integration with existing campaigns
  • Data Enrichment & Hygiene (Ringlead): Utilize Ringlead for data cleanliness, deduplication, standardization, and enrichment across Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement automation within the marketing tech stack.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience (5-8 years) in Marketing Operations with hands-on administration.
  • Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) preferred, or equivalent advanced proficiency.
  • Salesforce user experience
  • Direct experience with Ringlead (or similar data quality/enrichment tools).
  • Experience with data management, hygiene, and segmentation.
  • Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
