Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, marketing capability programs, or related fields.
• Coordinate and execute cross-brand initiatives with planning, timelines, and action-item follow-up to ensure seamless delivery and cross-functional partnership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify challenges, remove roadblocks, and drive progress against key initiatives, including comprehensive campaign measurement plans.
• Support development and implementation of marketing capabilities, processes, and best practices to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of strategic marketing initiatives and future enterprise programs.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and action trackers.
• Monitor progress against project objectives and escalated issues as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution with platform owners.
