Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager in New Jersey to coordinate delivery of strategic marketing initiatives and enterprise programs. The role focuses on developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, milestones, and action trackers, while ensuring cross-functional collaboration across brands.

The ideal candidate will have 3 5 years of experience in project management or marketing operations, with a proven ability to remove roadblocks and drive progress

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 35 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or related fields.
• Coordinate cross-brand initiatives with project planning, timeline tracking, and action item follow-up.
• Develop and implement marketing capability programs and best practices that enhance effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of strategic marketing initiatives and enterprise programs.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and action trackers.
• Monitor progress against project objectives and escalate issues as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution with platform owners.
• Support agency governance and operational processes.
