StubHub is seeking a Marketing Operations Associate for Direct Marketing to own end-to-end email and push campaigns from concept through launch, balancing a busy calendar with real-time opportunities. The role emphasizes improving workflows, automating repetitive tasks with Product, Data and Engineering, and measuring campaign performance to drive fan engagement and business impact.
Hybrid role based in New York with 3 days in office and 2 days remote; you’ll partner with cross-functional teams
New York, New York, United States
StubHub is on a mission to redefine the live event experience on a global scale. Whether someone is looking to attend their first event or their hundredth, we’re here to delight them all the way from the moment they start looking for a ticket until they step through the gate. The same goes for our sellers. From fans selling a single ticket to the promoters of a worldwide stadium tour, we want StubHub to be the safest, most convenient way to offer a ticket to the millions of fans who browse our platform around the world.
From a team advancing to the playoffs to a major artist announcing a world tour, some of StubHub's most impactful marketing moments require quick decisions, sharp execution, and the ability to act at scale.
We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Associate to help capitalize on these exciting moments and deliver timely, relevant email and push campaigns that drive fan engagement and business impact.
In this role, you’ll own the planning, prioritization, and execution of high‑impact event campaigns across sports, music, theater, and comedy. You’ll determine which opportunities to act on leveraging insight tooling and coordinate campaigns from concept through launch, either independently or leading design and engineering teammates. You’ll balance a planned marketing calendar with real‑time opportunities, where speed and sound judgment can make a meaningful difference.
Beyond campaign execution, you’ll help shape how our Direct Marketing team operates at scale. You’ll identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve campaign quality, and reduce manual effort, partnering with Product, Data, and Engineering to develop tools and automation that make our marketing more efficient and effective.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, brings strong operational judgment and attention to detail, and is excited to both execute great campaigns and build better ways of working. Your impact will be measured not just by the campaigns you launch, but by how you help automate and scale campaign orchestration workflows.
Location: Hybrid (3 days in office/2 days remote) – New York, NY or Century City, CA or Aliso Viejo, CA
What You’ll Do:
Direct marketing is one of StubHub’s most powerful levers for reaching fans during high‑intent moments. Many of the most valuable event opportunities are time‑sensitive: playoff advancement, finals matchups, major tours, rivalry games, onsales, inventory changes, and other marquee moments where speed and relevance matter.
Today, many of these campaigns require significant manual coordination, which limits the number of opportunities the team can act on and creates tradeoffs between campaign volume, speed, and quality. This role will increase the team’s capacity to execute more high‑impact campaigns while building the operating foundation needed to scale.
The anticipated gross base pay range is below for this role. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of StubHub’s total compensation and competitive benefits package, which includes equity, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, and comprehensive health benefits.
$85,000 - $115,000 USD
