A Day in the Life
Join the US RDN Marketing team to work on one of the most exciting growth therapies in MedTech: Renal Denervation (RDN). RDN is an innovative procedure that helps lower blood pressure by targeting nerves near the kidneys, addressing a global epidemic affecting up to half of adults. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a therapy with the potential to transform healthcare and become a multibillion-dollar market globally within five years. Medtronic leads in this field with FDA approval and aims to expand its impact.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze marketing data across digital channels, customer activities, market activation, and sales to evaluate campaign performance, customer behavior, and ROI. Generate reports and dashboards to track key metrics and KPIs.
- Campaign Performance Measurement: Monitor and evaluate marketing campaigns, providing insights for optimization.
- Market Trend Identification: Track industry trends, competitor activities, and audience behaviors to inform future strategies.
- Optimization Recommendations: Offer data-driven suggestions to improve marketing strategies and resource allocation.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and other teams to align on goals and gather data.
- Customer Segmentation & Insights: Identify key customer segments and behaviors to support targeted marketing.
- Data Visualization: Create clear, visual reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Tools & Software Management: Use analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and others to analyze data.
- Testing & A/B Analysis: Conduct tests to evaluate marketing tactics and refine strategies.
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related platforms; experience with Snowflake is a plus.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience or 5 years with an advanced degree in marketing analytics or similar roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Excel; knowledge of paid media platforms and BI tools is a plus.
Nice to Have:
- Understanding of digital ad metrics such as conversion rate, CAC, LTV, ROI, engagement, churn.
- Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience with experimental design, A/B testing, and multivariate testing.
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, able to handle large datasets.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Collaborative mindset, driving change and continuous process improvement.
- Independent work capability and responsiveness to shifting priorities.
