Summary of Position




Corporate Travel Management (CTM) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager, North America to support day-to-day marketing operations under the direction of the VP of Marketing.

This individual will lead a high-output team of three-Graphic Designer, Communications Specialist, and Event Manager-in executing comprehensive marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, client retention, lead generation, and new business growth.

The ideal candidate brings a strong marketing background, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of B2B marketing in the travel sector. This role will also work closely with CTM's global marketing and digital teams to align regional strategy with global initiatives.

Responsibilities and Duties




    Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a small but agile marketing team to execute high-impact campaigns, communications, and events that support CTM's strategic objectives.
  • Project Management: Drive the planning, delivery, and optimization of marketing initiatives that support customer engagement, lead generation, and client retention.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders (Sales, Account Management, Product, and Executive Leadership) and global marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with global brand standards.
  • Brand & Product Positioning: Execute compelling campaigns, brand narratives and product positioning across digital and offline channels.
  • Content Oversight: Guide the development of marketing content in coordination with the Communications Specialist and global content team.
  • Digital Alignment: Work with global digital marketing teams to align regional campaign strategy with SEO, SEM, website, and email marketing best practices.
  • Performance & Reporting: Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness using marketing analytics and KPIs related to lead generation, customer retention, and sales growth.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.

Education and Experience




  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field or relevant experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive marketing experience to include demonstrated success in leading results-driven teams.
  • 5 + years of experience within the travel management industry preferred.
  • Preferred technology experience with and exposure to Marketo Engage, Dynamics CRM, ZoomInfo Marketing and digital campaign platforms, including PPC, display, re-marketing, and sponsored content





Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities




  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Expertise in B2B marketing in the travel sector.
