Job description

BrandPromotion : Drive brand awareness and visibility within the CME / CE Industry by highlighting our success stories, products, and services.

Marketing Strategies : Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to create top-of-mind presence for the myCME and HME brands with key industry grantors, opinion leaders, and decision-makers.

Public Relations : Seek opportunities to have myCME / HME personnel appear at relevant speaking engagements; award submissions; poster presentations; and other opportunities to highlight our brands and employees.

Engaging and Informative Promotions : Oversee the development and execution of press releases, emails, social media posts, website updates, sales materials, photo selection, and presentations that showcase our expertise and impact in the industry.

In-house Promotions : Lead all in-house promotional efforts for myCME / HME via the Haymarket Link, email communications, and other outlets within the company.

Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and supporter needs to continuously refine marketing strategies.

Collaboration : Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, business development, product development, management, and other teams to ensure alignment with marketing efforts.

Analytics : Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to spotlight positive performance in promotional efforts.

Skills and Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Proven experience (3 - 5+ years) in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or CME / CE industry

Strong understanding of the CME / CE sector and its dynamics

Excellent written and verbal communication skills including creative / copywriting experience

Experience with Eloqua or other Email Service Providers

Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms

Strong project management and leadership skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

  • The salary range for this position is $75,000–$85,000. Compensation will be commensurate with experience, skill level, functional and / or industry knowledge, education level, certifications, as well as other qualifications.
