Persimmon Woods Golf Club seeks a proactive Membership Marketing Coordinator to drive growth and engagement. You will build lead lists, respond to inquiries, and develop initiatives that attract new Members while supporting retention.

Collaborating with club managers and presenting ideas to the General Manager, you will help position Persimmon Woods in the market and enhance the Member experience through community involvement and timely market insights.

• Research, procure and develop a lead list for potential Members at Persimmon Woods Golf Club
• Respond to inquiries for Membership
• Develop and implement successful marketing initiatives
• Present qualified candidates for Membership to the General Manager
• Establish a waitlist for Membership
• Develop and implement a Member retention strategy
• Collaborate with managers to continue to build Persimmon Woods
• Represent Persimmon Woods at community events to raise visibility and build relationships
• Understand Persimmon Woods' market position on initiation fees, monthly dues, assessments and pricing
• Present ideas to improve the Persimmon Woods experience based on member feedback
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends affecting golf clubs

• Present the General Manager with ideas to improve the Persimmon Woods experience, based upon feedback from existing Members
