John Evans Recruiting is conducting a search for a Marketing Manager-North America to represent a global legal SaaS technology company headquartered in Europe. After 70 years in business with a world-famous brand, our client organization is proud to have technology ranking in the top #1-3 products globally for law firms.

While their products are best-in-class worldwide, they have lower market share in North America. The North American market is the most important region to our client to grow going forward. The Marketing Manager is needed to expand brand awareness and support lead generation for a 6-person sales team in North America. The Marketing Specialist will generate leads with law firms and channel partners. This person will also help to launch a new medical product as well.

Our client has 150 employees globally with only 14 people based in North America, so this Marketing Specialist must be prepared to work on a small but mighty team. The company culture is open door, approachable, hands-on, and entrepreneurial.

The Marketing Manager can be based remotely anywhere on the East Coast, reporting to a VP Sales in North America and a Global Marketing Director in Europe. This is an individual contributor role.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in generating leads for outside sales teams through digital marketing.
• Experience marketing SaaS products is required.
• Experience marketing hardware products is a plus.
• Legal technology industry experience is a plus.
• Marketing into law firms or medical clients is a plus.
• Salesforce, Outreach, and Apollo experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work remotely with up to 20% travel to tradeshows/meetings in the U.S. and Canada.

Compensation:

• $80-90k base + $10k bonus
• 3% 401K match
